#35 JMX Support

Here is the current list of JMX exposed functionality to be built for discussion at today's meeting

- Hot Deploy with persisted changes
- Functions Group Stats (Number of runs, total db processing, total cpo processing)
- Named Function Group Monitoring (Threshold monitoring for seconds to process)
- Exception Monitor (Ability to Monitor for any exceptions that occur in CPO)
- Top X Worst Expressions with reset (X defined in config or at runtime, Returns the timestamp, class, function group, function, expression after dynamic wheres and order by, the arguments including dynamic wheres and order by, db processing time, cpo processing time)
- Last X Exceptions with reset (X defined in config or at runtime, Returns the class, function group, function, and exception message)
- Unused Class and Function Group List
- Runtime Expression Editing (Should this be allowed, or Hot Deploy only)
- classes loaded and where they came from.
