#23 Bind variables for COMP_IN not getting inserted correctly

The bindvariables for COMP_IN used in Dynamic wheres are not getting inserted correctly. The collection needs to get expanded prior building the sql and not during the process. The bindvariable count must match the ? count for the parsing to work efficiently.

collections are now expanded in BindableWhereBuilder as a part of generating the bind variables.
