[Cpmake-users] First non beta release and other news

Here are some things of note

The source code is now posted in CVS.
The 1.1 release of the code is now posted on the source forge project page.

CPMake has been thoroughly tested in a production environment and it has 
proved its worthiness to be non beta software.
