Since there has been some note made of the fact that Windows
systems cannot process Common C++ tarballs because of
file naming limitations, a seperate ".zip" file of Common C++ sources
that are relevant to windows users is now being provided.  I have
also taken this opportunity to standarize distribution of Common C++
"rpm" binary packages as part of file releases on SourceForge.  I can provide other styles of packaging if there is a demand for this, and
certainly one can already create RPM's directly from the Common C++ tarballs, either with "rpm -ta" or "rpm -ba".  Alien should also
be able to convert a Common C++ "rpm" into a "deb".
