Win32 project files missing CR

The carriage returns are stripped out of the files in the win32 directory in v1.6. The source code is okay like this, but CCXX.dsp can't be read by Visual Studio.

  VS do not support very well unix text file (try to edit a unix text file). You should use WinZip with tar lf/cr conversion enabled, convert manually or extract with CVS

    Olleg Samoylov converted file to dos format
    I "convert" it to binary in CVS
    Future version shouldn't have this problem
