[Cpip-develop] #pragma and #line

Hi Paul,

I was giving up on anybody monitoring this list so I made a patch myself for the #pragma issue. I will probably change over to using your version now that it exists, but nevertheless here is the patch file for your reference.

When it comes to the #line issue I was ignoring error message line number mismatches as it was a little too hard to figure out how to patch CPIP up to generate #line directives. Now that you have done it I will make sure to put it to use. Thanks for the effort!
