Priorities

Priorities for cpaxces:

• Folder structure: add src, output etc
• In cpchem: lower precision when solution is not achieved
• In cpchem: add condensation
• Include cpchem for the chemical equilibrium
• Optimize P and L routines
• Optimize Jacobian matrix
• Use modern Fortran syntax (get rid of commons etc, create modules)
• Optimize allocation/deallocation

To add:

• Vertical mixing
• SEP
• Cosmic rays
