#1 HTTPS Support + extra path info + fixes

This is a complete release package that implements new features #1609886, #1609894, #1609899.

- Support for web servers that use HTTPS protocol
- Support for non-standard web server ports (e.g. 8080, 8443)
- Allow using extra path information to determine the proxy application, e.g. using http://www.mydomain.com/proxy/cpanel instead of http://cpanel.mydomain.com/
- Simplified install procedure when using directory names
- Improved readability of the code

hi,
thanks for the aplication, it s really very useful.
but i have a question about webmail redirection.
i usually redirect webmail.myhost.com to http://webmail.myhost.org:2095/horde/index.php
because of some of mail users (who are a bit idiot) tells me that they can't reach their mail! By redirectind as mentioned i by-pass the application selection page (horde or squiremail).

is it possible in that tool to do this? i tried to edit the code but i couldn't.

I'm a newbie and having trouble getting this to install. I've been able to get 0.4.1 to install just fine, but I guess I need a little more direction on this one.
