CPacMan

• switch configuration to Yaml or XML for greater flexibility
• switch transaction files (2install, comment_rpm) to Yaml/XML
• deprecate PyCLI in favor of existing Python argparse library and logging library
• add package removal
• differentiate "update" and "install"

• for RH systems use "yum" instead of "rpm"

• possibly just add new server class that uses yum instead

CPacMan-Yum

• tighter integration with yum - supporting all normal yum operations (rather than sidestepping them at the moment)
