#37 "application" clustering

- needed for servers that don't run the same application stack but do
have in common some apps
- '-d' + weak cluster doesn't help much as I still need to "remember" to
pass the flag when installing

This should happen automatically when I requests the installation of
package X.

We could add a new cluster type and add an extra parameter that take the
list of packages to be clustered.
