#35 moving rpms between repos should be easier

Rather than 'mv <long path to old repo> <long path to new repo>' we
should have completion enabled:

repomv.py rpms <tab> el6 <tab> test <tab> accept <tab>

which will move package X
- from:
/var/lib/cpacman/repos/rpms/el6/testing.el6
- to:
/var/lib/cpacman/repo/rpms/el6/acceptance.el6
