We have implemented tenant resource quotas at https://github.com/cozystack/cozystack/pull/644. They should be used in combination with app resource presets introduced in [#695] and [#698] and released in https://github.com/cozystack/cozystack/releases/tag/v0.29.0.

This task is to run extensive testing of how Cozystack enforces resource quotas when creating and running apps with resource presets.

Consider making a e2e test for CI.
