Added instancetype.kubevirt gn1.lowcpu.xlarge and name: gn1.lowcpu.2xlarge with 4 cores instead of 8 cores as cpu is not a bottleneck for the workload I use. Added 2 instance with 4 CPU and 32Gi and 64Gi ram respectively. [#1281]

What this PR does

Add another instancetype for gpu workload that does not requires much cpus.
