Hi,
I have tried using coXpress, however, despite of all attempts to solve, it does not work at cluster.gene function. Repeatedly I get "cannot allocate vector of size...". I thought that it is a problem because i use ordinary system. So I use supercomputing cluster still I continue getting same error message, albeit with higher memory allocation- "cannot allocate vector of size 12.5GB , execution halted".
I ensure to run it with higher cache, of 128 GB. 

Please let me know possible solution. I guess this has to be a common problem.
