Here we go

The program currenly supports the following features:

* Loading and saving color scheme file, supported format is the SIEMENS original format
* Basic interface, not finished yet

Unfortunately I have time only in the weekends for CVS fun, so the source files will be uploaded in saturday. Please, be patient :).

All String messages will be stored in .properties files, which can be edited by normal text editor. The base language is english, I think to add also bulgarian. In the future I will publish requests for localizations, i.e. the .properties files to be translated.
