New Version!!!

Release version 4.10 incorporates many new features including specific section selection, added context items, increased build speed, new look and feel (java 1.6 update 10 only), singleton status, shell associations, and a new installation and deployment method using Java Web Start. There have been many small bug fixes and all-around improvements, so give it a try. Be sure to uninstall your current version before installing 4.10 (this will not be necessary in the future.
