#5 Multi-Language Support

Its actually quite easy, and I guess I should do it: Adding at least additional support for english to the application.

I just need to define where the bundle-properties file should be. The guis can be i18n'd directly via netbeans, and the scala-messages are part of a class- which can be simply refactored into supporting this (as it was planned.)

Also supporting english makes sense, considering that this is an english page after all..
