#1 Update Behavior of the Navigator

Currently, the Navigaor does not respond to Updates to other components - like the editor - in a good way, so entering new elements will not always trigger the creation / update listeners.

A new, simple system based on netbeans lookup is needed for this task, I presume. Whenever one of the editor changes an element, its registers its action to a singleton lookup dedicated to updates, and this lookup then fires and informs all of its listeners.
Also on the other hand, components like the navigator and lists must subscribe themselves to this listener.
