Read Me

Installation is rather simple:

- extract all country flags from flags.tgz by running tzr xfz flags.tgz
- rename connect-dist.php into connect.php and change all variables (notably the MySQL parameters and the IPv6 address of the server)
- run the table.sql file in mysql to create the tables (it uses by default the database 'count')
- add a crontab entry after midnight (like 2 AM) which calls /usr/bin/php < crontab_daily.php
- that's it

Pre-requisites:
- PHP 5.0
- MySQL 5.0
