couchpytato / News: Recent posts

finally the first release of couchpytato! It's a bit buggy, but runs. Give it a try.

Well it will be the new name of epMEDIA soon, But not only names change, today a new, very skilled python/pygame programmer joined our team! So welcome Yura! also most of the code of epMEDIA/couchpytato has been rewritten and our CVS-repo will hopefully contain a lot of fresh code pretty soon. Stay tuned!

This new release took a while, but there are many new features included. Overall performance and stability have been improved. Enjoy!

Finally added the SHOW_PICTURE function. fixed many bugs. Added base skin wich uses an overlay (looks cool, slow). Pageup/down works now, added some features to all skins (mostly playtime). It's now possible to run epMEDIA at any resolution, but currently only 800x600px skins are included.

Changes:
Added epconfig (an configuration utility), a log-system, overworked clean-skin, reduced bugs a little bit more, added psyco support

The first release for epMEDIA is out! You may download version 0.1 for now.
