#97 Display in open connection dialog adds 5900 to make port

If you select Open Connection from the File menu, a dialog box opens.
Here you can enter host, display, password etc. The port used by
CoTVNC is 5900 + the number you put in display. So if you put in 5905 it
will try 11805. You can use 5 to get 5905.

It should either use the number entered for the port or show what port
will be used in grey right next to the entry box so that the vnc server/ssh
connection on the other side can be set up properly.
