#54 Show login window when no there are no other windows

Next Minor Release

It would be nice if COTVNC displayed the "VNC Login" window
whenever no other windows are shown.

Alternatively, only do this when dock icon is clicked (and no other
windows visible).

Won't do it automatically when no other windows are open, but maybe will
add when the Dock icon is clicked and no other windows are open.

Here's a thought... Why is the VNC login window hidden in the first place? Why
not just leave it open all the time?

Seems sloppy to me to leave it open. We also need to make sure that we clear out the password field (if the user hasn't elected to save the password) once the connection has been instantiated, which I believe we currently do in the same code that closes the window. So if we left it open, we'd still need to do that.

But leaving it open is sloppy. Better to re-open automatically on a reactivate event or when nothing else is visible.
