#42 support for filetransfers (ultravnc)

ultravnc doesn't have a viewer for mac,
and its java viewer doesn't support file transfers yet

just wanted to agree with this post. part of the reason i
use vnc in the first place is that it's a seamless and
platform-independent means of file transfer as well. not
being able to do so with macs is a little frustrating

The problem here is that file transfer isn't a part of the VNC specification.
Ultra extended the spec to make it work. And, when Chicken connects to
a server, there's no specific message sent telling Chicken what sort of
    server it's connecting to.

If someone can find docs on the protocol Ultra is using to do this, I'll look
into it and see if I can figure out a way to hack it in.
