#233 Screen doesn't refresh properly connecting to UltraVNC
When I connect to a Windows XP box running UltraVNC's server, the screen sometimes refreshes properly, but typically will only refresh areas under the cursor, so I end up "scrubbing" the screen to see what's changed. The "Refresh" function also is ineffective.
