#95 Bad code for OVERVIEW.FMT

A user of our usenet client asked us to forward this along to you. Long story short, nlzero.com is returning a 100 status code in response to the LIST OVERVIEW.FMT command instead of 215 as per the nntp spec. Most newsreaders seem to not be bothered by that, but ours is expecting the 215. We'll change that on our end to be more accommodating, but you might want to change it on your end, too, in case there are other clients that get hung up on that.
