#80 Quit is inconsistent in Mail

Oh my, there are several bugs here! Some kinda nasty.

1. For some reason the 'q' is being ignored in the cases you showed.

2. Entering 'mail q' from a read/action prompt drops you back to the
   main prompt visibly, while actually you are still in the topic you
   were in when you issued the command! You can continue to read messages
   with a return, but you can't reply/say/etc, because the parser doesn't
   think you are joined to a topic. Probably a good scenario for a crash.
