#9 Adjustments for Valves

I would like to see the ability to globaly change the
valves to better suit smaller date ranges in the stats.
i.e. I have a 30 day stats page and a 5 day stats page.
With the 5 day stats, no one gets above a sarget
because they valves are geared for longer periods, i.e.
14 days.

I can manually change them now, but some kind
automated system would be nice.
