#7 Add medals

Next to military ranks for good teamplay and achieving
mission goals, extraordinary achievements should be
awarded by additional medals.

Generally speaking, a medal is only assigned, if
someone shows fair behaviour repeatedly or achieves
an outstanding number of a single mission goals long
before his rank would require it.

Ideas for medals are:

Bombings: 25, 50, 100, 200, 400
Defuse: 12, 25, 50, 100, 200
Hostage rescues: 25, 50, 100, 200, 400

Close combat (knife): 25, 50, 100, 200, 400
Sniping (scout-awp): 60,125,250, 500,1000
