#15 Time running very fast when people arrive at the street

Sometimes, while Matt is standing on the street infront of a building (I've seen this on Holland or Watling Street), people appear. When that dialog shows up the time is running very fast.

It's possibly not a big deal, but it can easily fast forward for 8 or more hours.

Time is also running too fast when observing a building, although I would call it a feature in this case. It's also much too fast when waiting for a building to open.

I will get back to the timing issues as soon as they're the biggest problem left ;)

Sure thanks! The timing issue in the case above is actually much worse. It's at least 10x faster than observing or waiting... :)

The timing bugs should be fixed with version 0.7a released today. If some scenes are still too fast or too slow, please open a new ticket.
