[Cosign-discuss] Multiple Sites/Applications

I have been working on getting Cosign to integrate with our CRM system.  

The problem seems to be that there is a Default Web Site with 10 branches
under it, I get cosign to work however we also have a desktop app that now
has stopped working because it point to one of the subdirectories.
