    All,

Dues to several recent events, including a death and a car accident (unrelated), development has been slow on COSIGN for the past two weeks.  We expect to have everything resolved within the next week or so, at which point development efforts will resume again.  Some major changes are going to be in store then.  We're investigating a few inline database options to clean up the handling of massive card sets, looking at design ideas for the main game table itself, and ready to launch the deck builder/collection manager portion of things.  So stay tuned... after these messages, we'll be right back.

Okay, the break ended up being longer than anticipated, but we're back and developing again.  Work has started again on COSIGN!  You may break out the party hats now.

We're changing the development plan a little bit now.  First up is the deck building functionality.  Hopefully that will be fully online tonight, but barring that it should be done by tomorrow.  From there we'll go to the statistics module and build that up, followed by full collection management.  After that we're putting the main program on hold while we catch up with all the various sets (not difficult, but VERY time consuming).

As always, if you feel you can contribute just drop us a line.  From documentation to development, we can always use the help.

      Hi,

I am onboard now for participating in this.  I intend to use it for testing of a CCG I am working on with some friends.  I have yet to download the code though, but I am very intrigued.  I also notice that there are no other CCG projects that appear to be doing exactly what you have planned here, which is good.  Am I correct in this observation?

Anyhow, can you give me a situation update on what is needed to be done (by trackers or task lists on SF.net) and is there some other form of comms for the project?

      Thanks,
      Rich Elswick
