Move to SourceForge

Since google code has disabled the download feature in google code. I have been forced to shift to a
service that provides with the feature.

Reason. Obviously not all the machines that i work on have the mercurial and git versioning installed
and i am usually not the admin on those machines, so only way to work is to download the code and run.

The wiki and the code on both google code and source forge will be kept updated but all the downloads
will be exculsively on the source forge.
