    Hello,

I really hope somebody can help, as I spent nigh on 2 days putting all of my companies passwords into Corporate Vault as it is the ideal solution.  This included the encryption password (I put it in as an entry).  Forgetting to send the email to all of my team about the encryption password (so this issue did not occur), a engineer rebooted the server that the Corporate Vault application is hosted on.

Now it is asking for the encryption password, which I cannot remember.  I have the password encrypted from the DB and I also have our DB's vs_encryption_verification table content (I am guessing this is where the encryption key is stored in some form of encryption as the vs_encryption_phrase verification table has no rows in it).

Is it possible to recover the database with this information somehow?

    Thanks.

    Gary Hall.

Sorry, found the encryption phrase, I had stored it some where very safe just in case this would happen.
