Hi Andy, one of our depts have forgotten their admin password/encryption phrase… grrrr
Is there any way of resetting this without losing all data in the database?

i think your best bet is to go into the db, locate:
vs_user table, and change the hashed password to:
5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99
that is the hash for the password "password", then log back in, and change the password to something else..
