#14 Cubic spline indexing broken

My need in Corina is under the Index part. When one
uses the cubic spline curve to index the data, in some
cases the first ring gets a very small value, such as
28, nowhere near the average ring indexed value of
1000! This skews the averaging of the data when
samples are
combined. In other tree-ring software, those years are
removed by the machine, so if there is a way to put
that into our program, it would be a big help.
