Version 1.2 released

Version 1.2 can now be downloaded from https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=106966

This version of corga comes with some fine tuning and enhanced ease of installation and maintenance.

One bug was removed which was that during registration, when logged in via paper login, the registering person did not get the second role "participant" assigned. This issue has now been resolved.
