#17 Implement online credit card payment (e.g. via PayPal)

The automatic sending of invoices is phantastic. An
interface which allows integration with online payment
systems (e.g. paypal) would be great. There is an
example of this in http://pkp.sfu.ca/?q=ocs. Thanks for
great work!
