curdisp.c from pmars 0.9.1 doesn't compile, due to a couple of #if statements, which I think were intended for use on SysV systems when the -DKEYPRESS option was in use; this patch fixes things such that it definitely compiles on the Solaris and Linux boxes I tested it on. If anyone has a SysV box to test it on, that would be much appreciated.
