This third major version of Corendal Framework is faster, supports more concurrent users. It uses Hibernate heavily and also includes a new administration section common to all applications.

Major applications using Corendal Framework have been updated to take advantage of the new features of the Java-based framework recently released.

Corendal Framework has been completely refactored to integrate natively with Active Directory accounts and groups.

A new application using Corendal Framework has been released. This application is called "Corendal Wiki".

With this new release, all HTML pages are compressed (when possible) to increase the response time

With this new release, "blocks" developed under Corendal Framework can now be used as portlets under the JSR-168 standard.

Corendal Framework is now compatible with MySQL 4.1 and now supports all UTF-8 characters
