Now using SourceForge Trackers

With this new feature we are able to organize and track various kinds of information. Whereas in the past we overloaded the Bug Tracker, we have now added a Feature Request Tracker (public), as well as a Requirements Tracker (team members only).

We will be moving any features in the Bug Tracker to it's correct Tracker in the near future and limit the Bug Tracker to defects only.
