I put the new one up. I started referring to the Task or Defect numbers
in both the CVS check-in (commit) and documentation. This one also
includes a FAQ and Class Library documentation (scant but workable). As
in the previous post I am sticking to the generic JavaDoc 1.1
specification as far as the comment blocks. Both Doxygen and Doc++ work
with these (at least they say so in THEIR documentation). I used Doc++
ONLY because it is easier to run and configure at the moment.
