[Corelinux-develop] bug in shared lib version

in order to create libcl++.so.1.0.1 LIOBCORELINUX_SO_VERSION must be set to 
1:1 and not 1:0:1 (which gives libcl++.so.0.1.1)

so I changed again configure.in and cvs will be updated real soon now
