The EventSemaphore[Group].{h,c}pp were initially copied from
MutexSemaphore*.
I guess the structure of the comment lines are almost similar. I run
doxygen
under corelinux/doc and got one warning message for EvSemGroup that
DEFAULT_COUNT
is not documented. Besides this one warning, there are several other
warnings generated
from other files.
