[Corelinux-develop] libclfw 0.0.1, tarball and RPM ready!

Finally figured out the rpm issues and am able to create the multi-level
header directory required. There is probably a better way, but it works
for now.

I'm going to try and visually check the debian files for updates (as I
copied them from corelinux) so that at which point C. is done doing
whatever, that build can be tested.
