[Corelinux-develop] Added Bug/Feature categories

I added the following to the BugManager categories:

libclfw++ 	( base abstract frameworks )
libclfwfl++	( function library loader  )

So, new abstraction features we accept go int libclfw++, and we create a
new category for any extensions we implement.
