There is no problem :) just noting it. What I think I did was Update
Change log, which went to the CVS and pulled it in.

So, instead to learn I am now fooling with 

C-x 4-a
	which adds a new entry

C-c C-c
	which does nothing !?!?

C-c C-k
	which does nothing !?!?

They both leave the buffer in modified state and don't undo anything

How do you find the key bindings for a particular *.el package?

I usually use Visual SlickEdit in brief mode.
