[Corelinux-develop] Man pages

The man pages are being put into:

/usr/man/man3/man3

and I didn't know if they were supposed to go to:

/usr/man/man3

they are not found otherwise unless the man search is set, but there is
no indication to the user that they must do this, or it is not
automatically happening.

Thoughts?
