For Semaphores we still need a EventSemaphore solution, and semaphores
in general need a timeout solution. Signals are non-existent at the
moment, and that is the last piece of work on the Thread model, how to
manage signals on a per thread interest level.

The one that could stand the most work is the one that requires the most
hands on, the Developers Guide.

BTW: Was it you that submitted the patch on the project summary page
PatchManager?
