[Corelinux-develop] SourceForge still whacked

Getting denied access on download.sourceforge.net/incoming which is
where you put the release to capture it from the project page. Seems
many others are having same problems.

Oh well, will try again later or tommorow.

I ended up copying the files to the /ftp/pub/corelinux anyway. They is
the anonymous ftp location.
