Has anyone used or looked at Argo/UML?  It supports XLI, and has some
code generation capabilities.    Its listed on Freshmeat, heres the URL

There is also a diagramming package called Dia that is the open source
equivalent of Visio, it can do UML diagrams, but has no CASE features.
